We deliver across the whole of the Sunshine Coast.

Our delivery team can set up the equipment for you if required and give an overview of how to use it.

Delivery and installation fees do apply, please refer to our hire fee schedule.

Home Delivery

Our friendly staff can come to your home and set up your equipment to suit your needs.

Pick Up

Don’t need delivery?  Pick up your item or new equipment directly from our showroom.

We can service your equipment in our warehouse or at your place.  Give us a call to find out what type of service we can help with.

Service, Repairs & Spare Parts

Here at Lakeside Mobility we have a fully equipped and staffed in-house workshop, where we are happy to service and repair all of your equipment.

We carry a large stock of spares and can repair most items within hours.  For more complex repairs we are able to source parts from registered and trusted suppliers.

Technician Service and Fees

In Home Service

Callout fee charge $90 + GST (includes the callout and 30 minutes of labour).

We will endeavour to carry out repairs at your home within 30 minutes.  If we cannot repair your item within this timeframe, we will uplift your item (for free) and return it to our workshop for further investigation.  We will then contact you with an estimate of repair before proceeding.

Fee per subsequent hour thereafter $90 + GST per hour.

Workshop Service / Repair

Workshop Repair: $90 + GST per hour

We are happy to receive your item at our showroom workshop and, in most cases, we can give you a quick and free estimate of repair costs on the spot.

If further investigation is required our fees are $90 + GST per hour.

We will not spend more than one (1) hour on your item before contacting you to obtain approval for further repair or parts ordering.
