Lakeside Mobility is monitoring the COVID-19 situation carefully to ensure continuity of service and the wellbeing of our customers, allied health professionals and our team. We are following the guidance of the Australian Government and World Health Organisation (WHO) to ensure we are helping to minimise the spread of the virus as much as possible. We want to share what we are doing here at Lakeside Mobility.

We are open with our usual trading hours.

Our stock levels, orders and deliveries continue as normal.

We pride ourselves on keeping our showroom and products clean for our customers.

We have implemented additional sanitising and cleaning procedures; however, please do not visit our showroom if you feel unwell.

If you visit our showroom, we respectfully ask that you use the hand sanitising station at the front door before proceeding into the showroom. We also ask that you adhere to the social distancing guidance of remaining 1.5 metres away from our staff.  This request is per Queensland Health and WHO guidelines.  If we need to reduce our opening hours we will continue to process enquiries and orders via email. Our staff have received guidance and information on best practice hygiene measures – including social distancing, washing of hands and the use of sanitiser. Team members have health checks upon arrival at work and have access to hand sanitiser.  The delivery drivers use hand sanitiser regularly throughout the day.  If you are expecting a delivery from us, but feeling unwell, we do ask that you get in touch with us. We will continue to monitor the situation closely and as circumstance change, act quickly to make decisions to ensure the health and safety of our customers, therapists and team.
