The Shear Comfort Pressure Care Boots feature a rubber sole for outside use. They also have an open toe for easy toe inspection, separation, and air circulation. The hook and loop straps around the heel and bridge of the foot. This strap means the shoe can be fully and adjusted to mould comfortably around the foot.
